- THE CLOTHES ROOM does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, or error-free.
- THE CLOTHES ROOM shall not be held responsible if Customer has an allergic reaction to any of our merchandise.
- THE CLOTHES ROOM will do our best to ensure that all merchandise is in good condition before we deliver so as to prevent customers from receiving damaged goods.
Delivery
- We send our items through local mail provider, Singapore Post. Should you need other mode of delivery, please indicate under comments upon confirmation of orders.
- Customers may choose to have their parcels sent through
i) registered mail or
ii) by normal mail (free of charge)
through our local mail provider, SingPost for both local and overseas delivery. We apologize that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. - For registered parcels, the article number and month/year of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at http://www.singpost.com.sg/
- THE CLOTHES ROOM shall not be held responsible for any loss of parcel sent. Thus, customers are strongly encouraged to select the registered mailing option.
- THE CLOTHES ROOM also provide selected pick up point for collection.
- THE CLOTHES ROOM will try to deliver your paid merchandise within 7 working days.
- THE CLOTHES ROOM will notify customers immediately if we are unable to deliver your paid merchandise within 7 working days due to un-foreseen circumstances.
Order
- Customer are encouraged to make their order through email. Please state the details as listed below :

v)YOUR NAME , MAILING ADDRESS , CONTACT NUMBER - Pre-order items will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks time to reach. After which, it will be post out the next working day. Your patience will be much appreciated!
- An email acknowledgement will be sent to the customer upon successful submission of the online order.
- After receiving the email acknowledegment from THE CLOTHES ROOM, customer must make payment within 3 days.
- After payment is make, kindly inform THE CLOTHES ROOM the transaction number, following which we will process the order.
- Order will be cancelled if there is no payment receive from Customer.
- Full amount will be refunded if good(s) is(are) unavailable
- We shall bear no responsibility for any damages or lost of goods during the shipping.
- No cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed once the order is confirmed, submitted or paid by the customer.
- Our exchange policy applies only if Customer has received a different item ordered. Customer must contact us by email within 3 working days from date of receipt of goods, stating your Order ID, transaction ID, email, full name, contact number and your mailing address
